Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, maintain candidate databases, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers
• Experience with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the recruitment industry is preferred
