Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Udaipur. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Responsibilities also include developing employer branding strategies to attract top talent and collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs. The ideal candidate will ensure an excellent candidate experience while meeting the company's recruitment goals. Qualifications Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and best practices Knowledge of Recruiting strategies and Employer Branding techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus Show more Show less
