Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales targets Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers Qualifications 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota Strong written and verbal communication skills o You will be compensated at a rate of ₹350 per successful registration of a Virtual Dukan. o Your earnings for Virtual Dukan registrations will be credited every 15 days based on the recorded data. o The registration of a Virtual Dukan must be completed online through the Pincodekart website. Any offline payments collected from a Virtual Dukaandar or any other person on behalf of Pincodekart will not be considered. o If any fraud, miscommunication, or misguidance is found on your part, the company will take strict action against you. o You must register 120 Virtual Dukaandars within your assigned pincode before 15th July 2025 (our official launch date). 4. Fixed Salary Activation: o Upon successful completion of the 120 registrations target by 15th July 2025, after that your fixed salary will commence as per the agreed package. Show more Show less
