Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Individual Contributor
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.
• Build strong candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Maintain accurate candidate records
• Organize and support weekend Walk-In drives, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree (preferably in HR or related fields).
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
• Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and various channels, with hands-on experience in using AI-powered tools for recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure recruitment timelines and weekend commitments.
• Energetic, proactive mindset with a passion for connecting talent to opportunity.
• This is a full-time, on-site position with no option for remote work.
