Job Role - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Location - Hyderabad, India (Hybrid Model)


Job Description :- This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands on expertise in taking ownership and managing the full end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be a successful technical recruiter with experience working across various technical roles within the Indian market. Success in this role requires strong business partnering skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure the recruitment process aligns with organisational goals and talent strategies. This role is crucial to the growth of our India office. While previous experience in recruiting Salesforce profiles and working in a multinational consulting or agency environment is not mandatory, it would be highly advantageous.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to job descriptions (JDs) by analysing requirements and translating them into recruitment-specific documents like job ads.

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and pivot with a shift in requirements.
  • Big picture thinker but with a keen eye on the detail


Skill Set

  • Proven success as a technical recruiter, and highly competent with hiring across various levels and departments.
  • Familiarity with recruitment and selection tools and lead generation techniques.
  • Used to working in close partnership with hiring managers to align objectives with organisational strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment sourcing and marketing (including social media, HR marketing, and job market research).
  • Ability to screen effectively and select candidates using various selection tools and predictive methods.
  • Skills in integrating new employees and understanding organisational knowledge and culture. Knowledge of the IT industry, including trends, processes, services, products, and software development tools.
