Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Gujarat, India. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. This role is instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent to support Orianaa Décorpack's continued growth and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and talent acquisition strategies
• Experience in Hiring and Interviewing processes
• Knowledge of Employer Branding and techniques to enhance the company’s image as an employer of choice
• Recruiting expertise with the ability to source and secure highly qualified candidates successfully
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Prior experience in similar roles, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
