Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across various functions, including engineering, project management, site execution, sales, and corporate functions.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop role-specific hiring strategies.
  
• Source candidates using a variety of platforms, including job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
  
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, provide feedback, and manage offer roll-outs.
  
• Maintain and update recruitment reports, dashboards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies as needed.
  
• Keep abreast of hiring trends and market intelligence in the real estate and construction sectors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 36 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically hiring for

  real estate or construction

  roles.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with experience in niche hiring.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics is a plus.
