Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Matar. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews, to extending job offers and onboarding new hires. The role involves developing and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract top talent and working closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
• Experience in Interviewing and Recruiting
• Proficiency in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in the renewable energy or related industry is a plus
• MBA/MSW/MHRM/PGDHRM
