Role Overview:

As an HR Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in scaling our team by owning and driving the full recruitment life cycle. You’ll work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and bring in top talent across technical, operational, and non-technical roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles (Tech and Non-Tech)
  • Identify potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct preliminary screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and expectations
  • Schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain timely communication and updates with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Analyze hiring data to optimize sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition (either in-house or agency)
  • Must be skilled in sourcing and hiring candidates through LinkedIn.
  • Must have prior experience hiring for Sales roles (e.g., BDE, Inside Sales, ) and Tech roles
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices
  • Proven ability to recruit for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • A people-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping people find the right opportunity
