About the Role

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, vendors, etc.).
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of quality profiles.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards (ATS/Excel).
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and labor laws.
• Provide regular hiring updates and market insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

• 2–3 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter.

• Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and roles (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.).
• Experience in

  vendor management and coordination.

• Proficiency in recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ATS (e.g., ZappyHire, Taleo, Workday, etc.).
• Knowledge of technical assessments and hiring metrics.
• Strong networking skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
