Job Description

Were looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to lead both Sales and Technical hiring for our diagnostics business. Youll source, screen, and onboard highimpact candidatesranging from sales professionals to paramedical staff.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring leaders
particularly in Sales and Technical teams to pinpoint hiring needs and craft attractive job postings.
Source top talent
via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
Screen, shortlist, and engage
candidates through resume reviews and initial interviews.
Coordinate the interview process
, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage offers and onboarding
, including negotiation and logistics.
Track and report hiring metrics
(e.g., time-to-fill, source-of-hire) and propose process improvements.

Experience Required

Hands-on experience
recruiting Sales roles and Paramedical personnel.
Prior work experience
in Diagnostics or Healthcare sectors is preferred.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).
24 years in full-cycle recruitment
; experience in sales or diagnostics is a strong plus.
Proficient with ATS systems
, candidate sourcing tools, and structured screening workflows.
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
