Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer negotiation.
• Drive

  mid–senior level hiring

  for business, product, and technology leadership roles.
• Partner closely with business heads and senior leaders to understand workforce requirements.
  
• Build strong candidate pipelines using

  head-hunting, networking, referrals, and market mapping

  .
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
  
• Collaborate with consultants and recruitment partners to ensure timely closures for niche roles.
  
• Provide market intelligence and hiring insights to stakeholders.
  
• Represent Magicbricks as a strong employer brand in the external talent market.
  

Requirements

• 4–8 years of strong experience in

  Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

  .
• Proven expertise in

  mid-to-senior level hiring

  (business + tech roles preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Strong exposure to direct sourcing methods — headhunting, LinkedIn, networking.
  
• Ability to manage multiple mandates in a fast-paced environment.
  
• MBA/PGDM in HR or related specialization preferred.
