We at Helm360 know that the right talent acquisition is a critical aspect for any organization to grow and that a recruitment specialist is a force for hiring such resources. We are on the lookout for a technical and non-technical recruitment specialist/Lead who can undertake all hiring activities and help us get rich talent onboard in the Technical and Non-Technical domain.

About the Role

You will need to create and publish technical and non-technical job ads in various portal. You must have an excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools, job sites such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc., networking sites, and other sourcing methods. As a recruitment specialist or Lead, you will collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Screen resumes and job applications.

Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.

Understand technical and non-technical resource requirements proactively.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers, and department heads to understand non-technical staffing needs.

Create and implement targeted recruitment plans to meet organizational goals.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing updates and insights on recruitment progress.

Interview candidates in-person for roles in various levels junior, senior, and executive.

Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, conversion, net throughput and Offer to joining percentage

Host and participate in virtual drives and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Skills and Qualification:

Proven experience as a Technical and Non-technical Recruitment Specialist or similar role.

Strong understanding of technical and non-technical job functions and requirements.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in end to end recruitment cycle
