Job Title: Recruitment Intern Department: Human Resources Location: Remote Type: Internship Stipend: 7000 pm Timings: 1PM To 10Pm About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations in a dynamic work environment. You will assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining databases, and learning about full-cycle recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities Assist in writing and posting job advertisements on internal portals and external job boards. Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other sourcing techniques. Screen resumes and applications to match candidate qualifications with job requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain applicant tracking sheets and update recruitment dashboards. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews. Support employer branding initiatives on social platforms. Assist in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records. Help organize recruitment drives or career fairs (onsite or virtual). Perform administrative tasks as needed by the HR team. Qualifications Recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of recruitment platforms like LinkedIn or Naukri. About the Role You will need to create and publish technical and non-technical job ads in various portal. You must have an excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools, job sites such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc., networking sites, and other sourcing methods. As a recruitment specialist or Lead, you will collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees. Roles and Responsibilities: Screen resumes and job applications. Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates. Understand technical and non-technical resource requirements proactively.
