About the Role

Recruitment Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in writing and posting job advertisements on internal portals and external job boards.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other sourcing techniques.
  • Screen resumes and applications to match candidate qualifications with job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain applicant tracking sheets and update recruitment dashboards.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Support employer branding initiatives on social platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Help organize recruitment drives or career fairs (onsite or virtual).
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed by the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of recruitment platforms like LinkedIn or Naukri.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
