About the Role:

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the
sourcing
of candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
Conduct
initial screening
to evaluate applicants based on job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Support the
end-to-end recruitment process
from shortlisting to offer rollout
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS or recruitment trackers
Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand hiring needs
Support employer branding and engagement activities when required

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in
recruitment and talent acquisition
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with recruitment tools/portals is a plus
