Responsibilities :

Evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, consistently refining the recruiting strategy to meet organizational needs and goals. Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with executives, HR teams, and hiring managers, fostering partnerships that yield consistent results and drive company growth. Sourcing and screening candidates for Sales and Marketing. Coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Utilizing employee referrals, direct sourcing, job portals.

Requirement :

An intern with 0-6 months of an experience completely into recruitment.

Ready to start immediately

Should be residing in suburban

Should be okay for an unpaid internship

Should be okay working full time for 2 months

Timings : 10am - 5pm.
