Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for open positions
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Support in onboarding and induction processes
  • Maintain HR documentation and databases
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities
  • Support daily HR operations and provide administrative assistance

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
