Role Overview: As a Customer Success Intern, you will assist our Customer Success team in onboarding new clients, addressing basic support inquiries, and ensuring users get the most out of the Wokelo platform. Key Responsibilities: Support the Customer Success team with day-to-day tasks (e.g., responding to user email, tickets). Assist in onboarding new customers: guide users through basic platform setup and provide initial training materials. Help maintain and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal documentation. Monitor user engagement metrics and flag inactive users or potential issues. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Hiring Support Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across various roles. Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
