Visual Designer

What You’ll Own:

• Social Media Creative Production:

  Design high-quality static posts, carousels, and infographics for LinkedIn campaigns, founder branding, and event promotions.

• Visual Storytelling:

  Turn product, client, and event narratives into on-brand visuals for professional audiences.

• Design Ops:

  Build and maintain asset libraries, templates, and brand guidelines for consistent, repeatable output.

• Campaign Support:

  Partner with marketing on assets for product launches, newsletters, and event collateral.

• Brand Stewardship:

  Uphold Wokelo’s enterprise tone—

  clean, credible, outcomes-first

  —across every touchpoint.

• Web/Email Collateral:

  Provide visuals for landing pages, nurture emails, and product packs.

Must-Have Skills:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience with graphics & UI.
• A strong portfolio of

  social/digital

  design (carousels, infographics, campaign assets).
• Proficiency in

  Figma

  and

  Canva

  ; solid command of layout, grids, hierarchy, typography, and spacing.
• Proven ability to design creatives that

  engage finance/consulting audiences

  .
• An exceptional eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Speed and ownership:

  ship on time, iterate quickly on feedback, and manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with

• Basic
