Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for S

  enior and Leadership roles (Manager to CXO level)

  across multiple domains.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and build targeted search strategies.
• Manage

  headhunting, market mapping, and competitor analysis

  to identify top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent networks.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through transparent and professional communication.
• Negotiate offers and drive successful closures within defined timelines.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and dashboards for leadership hiring.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in

  Leadership Hiring / Executive Search

  (at least 3 years handling CXO or senior-level mandates).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Strong sourcing skills using

  LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, and industry networking

  .
• Experience in managing confidential and high-sensitivity mandates.
• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
