Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top talent for both IT and non-IT roles. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, devising effective sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive experience for all candidates. Your duties will include partnering with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing requirements, creating and implementing strategic recruitment plans, and proactively sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events. Building and nurturing a diverse talent pipeline will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting initial screening interviews, coordinating interview processes, providing valuable feedback to both candidates and hiring managers, and promoting the employer brand to attract top-tier talent. Your expertise in managing the end-to-end recruitment process with efficiency, accuracy, and utmost professionalism will be highly valued. Furthermore, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and labor laws, maintaining confidentiality throughout the hiring process, and keeping recruitment data up-to-date are vital aspects of this role. Your qualifications should include a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience in talent acquisition for both IT and non-IT roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position. Preferred skills include experience in employer branding, knowledge of industry-specific recruitment strategies, and proficiency in data-driven recruitment strategies and analytics. This full-time, permanent position offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule is fixed from Monday to Friday, with a day shift. Additionally, there is a yearly bonus provided. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, along with at least 1 year of experience in recruiting and a total of 1 year of work experience. Fluency in English is preferred for this in-person work location.,
