Job Description

IT Talent Acquisition Specialis

.Key Responsibilitie

s:Assist in end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level IT role
s.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profil
esSource candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, employee referrals, and other sourcing metho
dsScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screenin
gsSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and candidat
esMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (AT
S)Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-u
psSupport offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-boarding activiti
esParticipate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and employer branding activities as need
edWork flexibly in shifts to support different time zones or hiring needs across tea
msStay updated with current trends in IT recruitment and market intelligenc

e.Qualificatio

ns:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related fi
eld1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to IT/technical hir
ingBasic understanding of common IT roles, skills, and terminol
ogyStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational ski
llsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to shifting priorit
iesFamiliarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is an advant
ageWillingness to work from the office and accommodate flexible/rotational shi
