Job Overview: We are seeking highly experienced and knowledgeable SAP and Oracle professionals to join our expert interview panel as Freelance SMEs . The ideal candidates will be responsible for evaluating and assessing candidates applying for a range of technical roles. You will play a key part in ensuring that only top-tier talent is selected for our clients by conducting thorough technical interviews. Responsibilities: Conduct detailed technical interviews for the following roles: Oracle Fusion Technical Developer SAP MDG Architect SAP MDG Consultant SAP BW/BI Developer – HANA SAP PI/PO Developer SAP ABAP Developer SAP ABAP-HR Developer Review resumes and assess technical capabilities. Develop and ask scenario-based and role-specific questions. Evaluate problem-solving skills, project experience, and functional understanding. Provide objective interview feedback and candidate scoring. Support in interview design, question bank creation, and continuous process improvement. Work in collaboration with our internal recruitment team to refine hiring standards. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: SAP MDG, SAP ABAP, SAP HANA, SAP PI/PO, SAP BW/BI, Oracle Fusion Proven track record of conducting interviews or leading technical hiring panels. Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and integration scenarios. Ability to articulate feedback clearly in written and verbal forms. Updated with current SAP and Oracle market trends, tools, and frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with consulting firms or IT services companies. SAP or Oracle certifications. Experience mentoring or training junior consultants or developers. Knowledge of cloud-integrated SAP solutions (e.g., SAP BTP, S/4HANA on Azure/AWS). Engagement Model: Freelance (on-call basis) Interviews to be scheduled based on mutual availability.
