* Manage high-velocity, time-critical hiring in a fast-paced startup environment* Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver quality talent at speed* Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & creative sourcing* Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first touch to on boarding* Use ATS, AI tool, Slack & modern hiring practices.
* 23 years of TA experience (startup or Process driven consulting firm preferred)
* Proven exposure to sales + non-tech & tech hiring* Comfortable with ownership, ambiguity & rapid execution* Hustler mindset with strong problem-solving skills* Excellent communication & storyteller * Working knowledge of MS Excel
* Must have worked Min 1 year in previous company.
