Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates for corporate roles (Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, etc.).
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Utilize job portals, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals for sourcing.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

2. Ad-hoc & Urgent Hiring Requirements

  • Handle

    ad-hoc and short-notice hiring requests

    across departments with agility and efficiency.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
  • Build and maintain a ready talent pipeline for recurring or high-turnover roles.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast and respond to immediate staffing needs.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leads to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
  • Ensure a high level of stakeholder satisfaction through timely communication and delivery.

4. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing

  • Represent the company professionally and promote a positive employer brand in the market.
  • Contribute to recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and social media engagement initiatives.
  • Support internal referral programs and engagement activities to boost internal hiring.

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment databases.
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, diversity guidelines, and labor regulations.
  • Generate periodic hiring reports and analytics for management review.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years

    of proven experience in end-to-end corporate recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced or matrix organization).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to handle

    ad-hoc recruitment needs

    and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
