As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the IT industry, your role will involve coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determining selection criteria. You will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates through online channels such as social platforms and professional networks. Additionally, you will plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
