Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across multiple technical domains.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.
• Manage offer negotiations, closures, and candidate engagement.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
