Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, build a strong employer brand, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The specialist will actively manage job postings, conduct interviews, and develop relationships with potential candidates to attract top talent to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting methods to find and hire the best talent effectively
• Proficiency in Interviewing and evaluating candidates for diverse roles
• Experience in developing and promoting Employer Branding initiatives
• Proven ability to plan and execute Hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the wellness or retail industry is a plus
