Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT roles.
• Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate and follow up throughout the selection process to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and internal databases.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and provide feedback as necessary.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives, if needed.

Required Skills:

• 12 years of experience in IT and Non-IT hiring.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
