Job Description

Azim Premji Foundation

5 locations

The
Health Centres
(with a team of doctors, nurses, a pharmacist, a lab technician and a public health professional) provide primary health services to the patients targeting a cluster of urban settlements in its neighborhood
The
Community Health Workers
support the patients and the target community at large on health awareness and health education, community-level screening, follow-ups etc. in coordination with the Health Centre teams
The team also collaborates with the local
public health systems
to facilitate the necessary services and benefits to the communities

As a recruiter, you will be:

Involved in recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, etc.
Educating the applicants about the job opportunities, philosophy and vision of the Foundation.
Managing and coordinating all communication with the applicants.
Updating and managing applicants' database regularly.
Generating recruitment reports as needed.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

A relevant bachelor's / master's degree
Around 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Healthcare.
Proficiency in English and MS-Office
Fluency in Kannada and Hindi language is preferred, as is previous experience working for the underserved communities
