Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering a World-Class resourcing service on a global scale.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will support the end-to-end recruitment process for all locations of TMS. You will help support Talent Acquisition Lead by being present at vacancy briefings, sourcing candidates, talent mapping and talent pool generation. You will also be responsible for screening applications and arranging initial interviews whilst always being a brand ambassador for TMS. You will ensure a great candidate experience including working with our HR team to ensure a smooth and successful on-boarding experience.

Some of your Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Lead and Hiring Managers to understand current and future hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies to target and build talent pools.
• Attend briefing meetings alongside your Talent Acquisition Lead.
• Advertise vacancies on job boards and key social media channels.
• Monitor applications and conduct pre-screening phone and video interviews to assess candidates for required skill set and competencies.
• Arrange interviews and manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Manage candidate pipelines using Workday or similar tools; ensure data accuracy and smooth processes.
• Build relationships with potential candidates through networking, employee referrals, and passive recruiting techniques including the use of social media.
• Leverage various sourcing channels and methods (e.g., Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to develop a proactive and steady pipeline of qualified and diverse talent.

To qualify for the role, you will have experience in the following areas:

• A proven history of performing in a similar role in an international recruitment environment.
• Previous experience of recruitment sourcing (talent pools, talent mapping, pipeline generation) for global cross-functional teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing platforms.
• Advanced skills in proactive outreach, candidate searching and telephone/video screening.
• Fluent English.
• Experience using an ATS is essential (Workday Recruitment Solutions is preferred).
