Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions to meet business requirements. Implement logic for product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, and quote generation by ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards. Analyze functional requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs. Conduct impact analysis to assess the effects of proposed changes on existing systems and processes. Ensure all development work adheres to coding standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements. Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions Participate in release planning, version control, and deployment activities. Ensure smooth rollouts of new features and updates. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes, coordinating resources and timelines effectively. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Must have Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and/or training. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered. Must have experience in implementing CPQ (Configure-to-Order) solutions, preferably in a developer role using either custom-built or industry-standard platforms. And Programming Proficiency and hands-on experience with at least one programming language such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar. Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms, with preference for experience in KBMax / Epicor. Demonstrated ability to analyse complex problems, think critically, and develop effective technical solutions for complex concepts. Experience with testing methodologies and tools, including the ability to define, execute, and document test cases and results. Should have experience in integrating CPQ systems with other platforms like Salesforce, middleware solutions, Product Information Management (PIM), SAP, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. Strong background in designing and implementing cloud-based systems, particularly in digital environments. Experience with identity and access management and integrating these into end-to-end digital solutions is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Should have problem-solving and critical thinking skills, technical acumen, excellent communications skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas Should have enough technical proficiency to successfully partner with the technical teams for building & validating the solutions.
