Candidate Profile: Experience - 3-6 Yrs (Experience in Marking Automation Systems, Traceability Solutions, Material Handling systems, Conveyors, SPM, Automobile - Machining Lines & Assembly Lines). Qualification - BE (Mechanical/Electrical). Location Waluj , Chh. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) Roles & Responsibilities: - Basic working knowledge machine building as well as machine elements such as mechanisms, pneumatic, controls, sensors, etc. Detailed study of RFQ to understand the requirement from sales/customer end. Conceptualization of the requirement into a drawings/flow charts/architecture. Feasibility Study for different applications. Cycle time calculations of automation. Station and line concept building, Layout preparations with respect to expectations from customers. Knowledge of PLC, Servo Systems, Software, IOT systems, MES systems. Technical Proposal writing with clear understanding of inclusion clauses writing. Project Cost estimation as on when required. Deciding sales Price and giving to National sales heads as on when required. Knowledge on AutoCAD & 3D software. Excellent in verbal and written communications. Expert in latest Microsoft office products like word, excel, PowerPoint presentations.
