As a TA Sourcing & Coordination Specialist at TD SYNNEX, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and supporting talent throughout our hiring process. This position requires a blend of administrative efficiency and proactive talent sourcing, contributing to the acquisition of top talent for our global team.
Working closely with recruiters, you will utilize various sourcing techniques to identify a diverse pool of candidates. Additionally, you will oversee administrative functions such as scheduling, conducting background reviews, and facilitating final hire steps. Responsibilities: -
Assisting in reviewing candidate applications to ensure alignment with role requirements.

Utilize multiple sourcing and networking techniques using our Workday ATS and CRM tool, Phenom, as well as, Boolean searches, social sites, niche industry searches, industry contacts, association memberships and trade groups.

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring manager as needed to identify and implement sourcing strategies aligned with role requirements and departmental needs.

Partner with recruiter to review market intelligence on top talent and make recommendations based on analytics and market trends.

Excel in coordinating candidate interviews, managing background checks, and providing ongoing support throughout the recruitment process.

Assign requisitions to recruiters based on global support alignment, ensuring efficient coordination practices.

Ensure job descriptions adhere to global guidelines and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Handle routine candidate questions, including applicant follow-ups, and maintain compliance with legal and professional standards.

Manager Global Employee Referral and Background Check programs.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience: -
3 - 5 Years of relevant work experience
