Your responsibilities will include creating a seamless sourcing to settling experience for Hiring Managers and new candidates, implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Amplify the talents excitement to be part of our growth story by revealing the career opportunities that await them. - Navigate and create a seamless sourcing to settling experience for Hiring Managers as well as new candidates. - Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent. - Manage all aspects of the process, from sourcing to settling. - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. - Increase Engagement through fun activities and support controlling attrition. Qualifications: - Masters/Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in a similar role. - Hands-on attitude towards sourcing and onboarding talent. - Strong understanding of the latest trends in the human capital industry. - People Magnet with sharp management skills. - Ability to work solo and improve service delivery experience. - Passion for building relationships and creating a positive work environment. In addition to the above details, it is good to know that experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), knowledge of social media recruiting strategies, and fluency in multiple languages are considered advantageous for this role.,
