Junior Data Scientist | AGR Knowledge Services Pvt Ltd

As a Data Scientist in our team, you will be responsible for manipulating and preprocessing structured and unstructured data to prepare datasets for analysis and model training. You will utilize Python libraries such as PyTorch, Pandas, and NumPy for data analysis, model development, and implementation. Additionally, you will fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to meet specific use cases and enterprise requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to experiment with AI/ML models and iterate quickly on prototypes is also a key aspect of your role. Your responsibilities will include optimizing workflows to ensure fast experimentation and deployment of models to production environments. You will be expected to implement containerization and basic Docker workflows to streamline deployment processes. Writing clean, efficient, and production-ready Python code for scalable AI solutions is crucial for this role. It would be beneficial if you have exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, knowledge of MLOps principles and tools, and a basic understanding of enterprise Knowledge Management Systems. The ability to work against tight deadlines, independently handle unstructured projects, and showcase strong initiative and self-motivation are desirable traits. Strong communication, collaboration acumen, and a problem-solving mindset with attention to detail are also highly valued.
