Job Title:

Recruiters (IT / Non-IT)

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements for various technical and non-technical roles.
Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling and feedback.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Achieve recruitment targets and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

23 years of experience in recruitment.
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements under tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
