About the Role

We are hiring Talent Acquisition professionals (male candidates only) for a global organization in the automotive and manufacturing domain.

The role offers an opportunity to lead end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and Corporate functions driving strategic hiring, workforce planning, and employer branding for a high-growth enterprise.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, business-aligned, and data-driven, with proven expertise in handling both leadership and high-volume recruitment across industrial or technical setups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.
  • Partner with business and HR leaders to define talent acquisition strategies and manpower plans.
  • Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and hiring analytics.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent visibility.
  • Ensure a superior candidate experience and adherence to process SLAs.
  • Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships and deliver hiring excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-12 years of Talent Acquisition experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, or Engineering setups.
  • Proven experience in leadership and/or high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of technical, commercial, and corporate hiring landscapes.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Zoho, etc.) and data dashboards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical, structured, and outcome-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset.
  • Male candidates only, as per client requirement.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or Engineering
  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field (preferred).
