As a Talent Acquisition Partner at our company, your role will involve leading and executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Additionally, you will identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels, maintain a talent pipeline, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. - Identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. - Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility in the job market. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. - Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. - Stay current with market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced or regional environment. - Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment across various roles and levels. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. - Strong understanding of employment laws and hiring regulations in Singapore. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and report recruitment metrics. - Must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
