Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
Lead end-to-end recruitment process for positions across levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
Analyze metrics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment

Must have client/stakeholder relationship management skills.
Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment processes from start to finish.
Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate salary packages effectively.
