Serve as a consultative talent advisor, building trusted relationships with hiring managers and aligning recruitment strategies to business goals. • Own the end to end recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, candidate screening, interview process management, offer management, and candidate experience. • Drive structured, consistent interview processes by educating hiring managers, ensuring use of competency based guides, and upholding equitable assessment practices. • Leverage AI tools and labor market p latforms (e.g., Lightcast) to provide hiring leaders with data on talent supply, salary trends, and competitive insights. • Set realistic expectations with hiring managers regarding candidate availability, time compensation alignment. to fill, and • Flex focus across geographies to address urgent business needs and ensure global consistency in recruitment delivery. • Liaison with other Acquisition Partners to ensure seamless handoffs when roles are right reassigned, including providing clear updat es and context. shored or • Partner with Employer Branding and sourcing teams to strengthen candidate pipelines and elevate employer brand presence. • Track and report on key KPIs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
