Job Description

As an Instructional Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating, adapting, and maintaining engaging learning content across various formats to ensure instructional integrity, accessibility, and continuous improvement in alignment with design standards. Key Responsibilities: - Build and adapt learning content in live, virtual, and self-paced formats. - Apply best practices to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences. - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the Learning & Development (L&D) team to design targeted content. - Maintain standardized templates and a content repository for easy access. - Support content updates based on learner feedback and performance evaluations. - Develop modules using applicable software and upload them to the Learning Management System (LMS). Qualifications and Skills: - Proficiency in instructional design tools and techniques. - Experience with LMS publishing tools such as iSpring and EasyGenerator. - Strong visual design and editing skills. - Ability to coach SMEs on content development.
