Instructional Designer II, L and D

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating, adapting, and maintaining engaging learning content across various formats. Your role will focus on ensuring instructional integrity, accessibility, and continuous improvement of learning materials in alignment with design standards. Key Responsibilities: - Build and adapt learning content in live, virtual, and self-paced formats. - Apply best practices for engaging and inclusive learning experiences. - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the Learning & Development (L&D) team to design targeted content. - Maintain standardized templates and a content repository. - Support content updates based on learner feedback and performance. - Develop modules using instructional design tools and upload them to the Learning Management System (LMS). Qualification Required: - Proficiency in instructional design tools and techniques. - Familiarity with LMS publishing tools such as iSpring and EasyGenerator. - Strong visual design and editing skills. - Ability to coach SMEs on content development.,
