Talent Acquisition Partner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess performance and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal recruitment policies.
  • Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives across the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a corporate or regional environment.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Greenhouse).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multinational or regional organizations.
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and hiring regulations.
  • Familiarity with employer branding, talent mapping, and recruitment marketing strategies.
