We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager who can drive end-to-end hiring for our rapidly growing tech and mobility business You will partner with leaders, build strong pipelines, and shape our talent strategy for the future of connected mobility at Tata Motors What Youll Do Own the full recruitment lifecycle role discovery sourcing evaluation offer closure Source proactively for niche talent across tech/product/data/ops Build strong talent pipelines across LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, etc Partner with leadership to plan hiring strategy aligned to business needs Track hiring metrics and build data-driven dashboards Enhance candi experience and employer brand Leverage agencies & networks where required Contribute to campus hiring & talent branding initiatives Stay up on mobility tech & compensation trends What Were Looking For 4+ years of experience in end-to-end hiring Experience with startups or product companies Tech & Business hiring experience Strong sourcing, stakeholder management & closure skills Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments Bonus Skills Exposure to Connected Mobility / Telematics / Logistics Boolean search, social recruiting, talent branding Dashboarding & hiring analytics Why Join Us?
