Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager Recruitment

Location: Kochi

Experience: 8+ years (exclusive in Recruitment)

We have an exciting opportunity to lead Talent Acquisition for Cyrix Healthcare. The position reports into the HR leader and is responsible for a team of 8 pan India.

Key Skills:

Own and manage the talent acquisition function for the business, from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsible for hiring sales and service positions pan India. This would include selective positions to be hired for the Middle East business as well.

Build capacity and capability to recruit high volume of talent for turn-key projects, while also maintaining a monthly run rate for replacement hiring.

Collaborate with Business leaders to understand and their hiring requirements for the year

Publish regular recruitment metrics and analyse the same to drive continuous improvement

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.

Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys visibility and attractiveness to candidates.

Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.

Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve performance goals.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management

Strong sourcing, negotiation & closing skills

Proficient in Naukri, LinkedIn & other job portals

Qualification:

post graduate in HR or psychology
