Recruiting Delivery Manager Technology Hiring

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Account Managers and Recruiters to deliver on hiring targets, SLAs, and quality metrics across technology roles (engineering, digital, product, enterprise IT).
  • Partner with senior business leaders to understand workforce plans and translate business goals into clear, actionable recruiting strategies and delivery plans.
  • Own capacity and resource planning for the recruiting team, ensuring optimal allocation, productivity, and on-time delivery against hiring commitments.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and performance excellence.
  • Manage external recruiting vendors and partners, including performance reviews, cost optimization, and adherence to agreed SLAs. Collaborate with internal Talent Acquisition CoEs (sourcing, branding, operations, analytics) to drive process improvements, automation, and compliance.
  • Use data and dashboards to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ensure a strong candidate and hiring manager experience through structured communication, timely feedback, and disciplined execution.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 8 to 12 years of overall recruitment experience with strong exposure to technology hiring.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of recruiters and/or account managers.
  • Proven success in high-volume or complex tech hiring environments such as product companies, GCCs, IT services, or RPO setups.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to working with senior business leaders in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment tools, analytics, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a strong outcomes mindset
