Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional with 4+ years of experience who can efficiently manage end-to-end recruitment along with business development responsibilities. This dual role involves sourcing and closing candidates while also contributing to client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to handle both candidate and client interactions with ease.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

• Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordination, and closures.
• Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, references, job portals, and networking.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, weekly MIS, and candidate pipelines.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining follow-ups for selected candidates.

Business Development

• Identify and approach potential clients for staffing and manpower requirements.
• Generate leads via calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
• Present and pitch recruitment services to prospective clients.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships for repeat business.
• Coordinate with clients for job requirements and ensure timely closures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment; BD experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, convincing ability, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with calling, client interactions, and meeting deadlines/targets.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills across various job portals.
• Ability to manage multiple roles (BD + TA) simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and job portal tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
