RTM Healthcare is a fast-growing organization in the healthcare and pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, committed to quality, compliance, and operational excellence. We are looking for a Finance Executive who will support our Finance & Accounts department in managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting activities.

Position Overview

The Finance Executive will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, assisting in monthly closings, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and audits. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and sound knowledge of accounting principles. Candidates with knowledge of import/export documentation and manufacturing finance processes will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including billing, payments, receipts, and ledger posting.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) transactions.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and auditors for financial documentation.
• Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and expense management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support internal control procedures.
• Support audit and compliance requirements as directed by the Head – Finance.
• Assist in import/export-related documentation such as LUT, BRC/FIRC, and shipping bills (if applicable).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounts, preferably in a manufacturing or healthcare company.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation (GST/TDS), and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / any ERP system and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reconciliation).
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation will be an added advantage.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
